1. Acceptance of Terms1. नियमों की स्वीकृति

By accessing and using MitrAwaas ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

MitrAwaas ("प्लेटफॉर्म") का उपयोग करके आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आपने इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को पढ़ा, समझा और स्वेच्छा से स्वीकार किया है। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया इस प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग न करें।

2. Eligibility2. पात्रता

MitrAwaas is exclusively for current PSU employees, retired/ex-PSU employees, and clerical/non-officer staff. Ex-employees and clerical staff may register directly via a corporate email or via referral from an active officer if they do not have one. Registering with false credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

MitrAwaas केवल वर्तमान PSU कर्मचारियों, सेवानिवृत्त/पूर्व PSU कर्मचारियों और लिपिक/गैर-अधिकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए है। पूर्व कर्मचारी और लिपिक कर्मचारी सीधे कॉर्पोरेट ईमेल से या किसी सक्रिय अधिकारी के संदर्भ से पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं। गलत जानकारी से पंजीकरण सख्त रूप से प्रतिबंधित है।

3. Voluntary Data Submission3. स्वैच्छिक डेटा प्रदान करना

All personal information — including your name, mobile number, and corporate email — is provided by you voluntarily for the purpose of using this platform. You consent to this information being stored and used for authentication and displaying your listings/profile to other verified PSU members on this platform only.

आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और कॉर्पोरेट ईमेल सहित सभी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी आप स्वेच्छा से इस प्लेटफॉर्म के उपयोग हेतु प्रदान करते हैं। आप सहमति देते हैं कि यह जानकारी केवल इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर प्रमाणीकरण और अन्य सत्यापित PSU सदस्यों को आपकी प्रोफाइल/लिस्टिंग दिखाने के लिए संग्रहीत एवं उपयोग की जाएगी।

4. Listing Accuracy & Conduct4. लिस्टिंग की सटीकता एवं आचरण

• All property listings must be genuine, accurate, and broker-free.
• Users posting fake, misleading, or broker-facilitated listings violate these terms.
• A listing reported by 3 or more users may be removed without prior notice.
• MitrAwaas reserves the right to remove any listing deemed inappropriate.

• सभी संपत्ति लिस्टिंग वास्तविक, सटीक और दलाल-मुक्त होनी चाहिए।
• फर्जी, भ्रामक या दलाल-युक्त लिस्टिंग पोस्ट करना इन नियमों का उल्लंघन है।
• 3 या अधिक उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा रिपोर्ट की गई लिस्टिंग बिना पूर्व सूचना के हटाई जा सकती है।
• MitrAwaas को किसी भी अनुचित लिस्टिंग को हटाने का अधिकार है।

5. Data Privacy5. डेटा गोपनीयता

MitrAwaas does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, external organisation, advertiser, or government body except as required by law. Your data is stored securely and is accessible only within this platform to verified members.

MitrAwaas आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष, बाहरी संगठन, विज्ञापनदाता या सरकारी संस्था को नहीं बेचता, किराये पर नहीं देता और साझा नहीं करता, सिवाय कानूनी आवश्यकता के। आपका डेटा सुरक्षित रूप से संग्रहीत है और केवल इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर सत्यापित सदस्यों के लिए उपलब्ध है।

6. No Brokerage or Commercial Use6. कोई दलाली या व्यावसायिक उपयोग नहीं

This platform is strictly for direct, peer-to-peer rental connections among PSU colleagues. Any commercial, brokerage, or resale activity is strictly prohibited.

यह प्लेटफॉर्म सख्ती से PSU सहयोगियों के बीच प्रत्यक्ष किराये संपर्क के लिए है। कोई भी व्यावसायिक, दलाली या पुनर्विक्रय गतिविधि सख्ती से प्रतिबंधित है।

7. Limitation of Liability7. देयता की सीमा

MitrAwaas acts as a neutral platform. We do not verify the accuracy of all listing details and are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from connections made through this platform. Users interact at their own discretion.

MitrAwaas एक तटस्थ प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में कार्य करता है। हम सभी लिस्टिंग विवरणों की सटीकता की जांच नहीं करते और इस प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से बनाए गए संपर्कों से उत्पन्न विवादों, हानियों या क्षतियों के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं। उपयोगकर्ता अपने विवेक से बातचीत करते हैं।

8. Account Termination8. खाता समाप्ति

MitrAwaas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is reported multiple times for misconduct.

MitrAwaas को किसी भी ऐसे खाते को निलंबित या बंद करने का अधिकार है जो इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करे, धोखाधड़ी में संलग्न हो, या जिसे कई बार गलत आचरण के लिए रिपोर्ट किया गया हो।

9. Changes to Terms9. नियमों में परिवर्तन

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

इन नियमों को समय-समय पर अद्यतन किया जा सकता है। प्लेटफॉर्म का निरंतर उपयोग संशोधित नियमों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
